Falling Into Life

Hey bloggers! Gues what! Ok I'll tell you! This is my 50th post!! Yay! And you guys are still coming so I guess I'm doing something right! so yeah. This is post number 50! So I've said: Her Bloggers! 50 times now. Is it getting as annoying to you as it is to me? Oh well. I'll think of something else to say as my introduction.

So it's getting to be fall now. No more shorts and tanks, now jeans and long sleeves. And if you remember, my first post was in September. To be exact, September 26. But still, September. So when it gets kinda chilly outside but not too cold, I think of blogging!! Logging onto Blogger and posting. But, a lot has happened since my first post. Let's recap, shall we?

1. Had a sleepover with my friend Amelia!
2. Discovered Maximum Ride!
3. Had meringue!
4. Learned to Douggie!
5. Went to KYA Y-Club!
6. Realized just how precious life really is

8. Realized how much I love my family
9. Put life into perspective
10. Went to KUNA with my Y-Club!
11. Showcased my art!
12. Tried out for the Volleyball team
13. Discovered a cool toy/watch thing
14. Got a part in a a play: Alice In Wonderland
15. Had an amazing summer that consisted of play practice where I made some friends for life, went to Destin, Florida, got some Toms, made a new blog, started writing some more and poems!
16. Got bangs!
17. Got my braces off! Freedom!
18. Got a retainer...darn.
19. Back to school as a cheerleader!
20. Quit cheer...sorry to offend anybody.
21. Became a volleyball player
22. Looked back on 9/11 and wrote a poem

Here I am bloggers. That was a year of my life. It came and went. If there was something I didn't do that I wish I did, it was a chance wasted. I have to just fall into life. I can't question God's plans for me. Life life like it's your last day. Because you can exist...without living.

 A Pause To Remember

Here I stand in front of it all,

I will not perish, I will not fall.

Liberty is to freedom,

As death is to war.

What has fallen has been rebuilt,

Because innocent people were killed.

So I pause to remember the day that went wrong,

It did not kill me, only made me strong.

We fought for our lives, our peace and hope,

It was hard to see through all the smoke.

The cloud of black overcame the town,

We're here, it's done, because we were loud.

So we pause to remember that we who survived,

Are awoken and unbroken.

We're not just done,

The battle is won.

Because

We

Are

America.
